Simon J Brown

Originally from Warwickshire, Simon Brown and his wife moved to Somerset 12 years ago. For the last six years they have lived with their daughter in the town of Glastonbury, where they run Simon J Brown Photography, a local portrait photography business with a portable photo studio. Simon has a passion for many types of photography and alongside portraiture enjoys street and fine art photography. Simon’s ‘Photographic Vision’ is to allow the scene in front of him to speak for itself and then to capture the ‘essence of what he sees’. The style of his photographs vary greatly depending on the subject matter within them. His vision is also greatly influenced by his own background from the worlds of science, spirituality and education alongside family and community life.
